Entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or Instagram are ineligible for entry into the Promotion. All decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and conclusive on all matters relating to the Promotion.
The Promotion starts on 09/14/2020 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on 09/18/2020 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Entries must be received by 09/18/2020 at 11:59 p.m. PT. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. PT on 09/18/2020. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message no later than 09/23/2020. The winner may be required to execute a liability/publicity release and other documents (“Prize Claim Documents”) as required or permitted by law and/or the Sponsor.
The prize is one (1) Package that includes a two-hundred-fifty ($250) gift card and a “First Date” care package consisting of flowers, chocolates, and a pair of earrings (approximate retail value of $478.90 USD) or comparable item with the same approximate retail value. Odds of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.
